In the third and fourth line of the last paragraph of the first page of the order, in place of the designation of the officer in the place of Assistant Labour Commissioner (Central), it should be 'Deputy Chief Labour Commissioner (Central)'.

This rectification will be treated as a part of the order dated 24th February, 2021.

The petitioner has prayed for extension of time to deposit the money with the Registrar General as has been directed in the order dated 24th February, 2021. Instead of seven days from the date of the order, the petitioner prays for three weeks' time to deposit the money from the date of the order.

On the basis of the submission made, such time is also extended.

The petitioner is directed to deposit the money with the Registrar General within three weeks from 24th February, 2021.
