I find that the case was registered in the year 2016 and the petitioner was granted bail after eight years eleven months. Having considered the period of incarceration and the compliance of the conditions, I am of the view that the conditions so imposed while granting bail on 27.03.2025 be waived. However, this will not prevent the learned trial court for imposing any other condition(s) for smooth progress of the trial. With the aforesaid observations, CRAN 2 of 2026 is disposed of.
