The revisional application was preferred in connection with Bowbazar Police Station Case No.275 dated 31.12.2012 under Sections 406/409/420/120B of the Indian Penal Code. Mr.

Saswata Gopal Mukherjee, learned Public Prosecutor, appears on behalf of the State.

I have considered the contentions advanced in the revisional application and the prayer advanced therein. Having regard to the contentions advanced in the revisional application expressing apprehension of arrest by the Officers of Bowbazar Police Station as well as for the purpose of quashing of the proceeding, I am of the opinion that the issues raised are question of facts which cannot be gone into by this Court at this stage.

Accordingly, CRR 448 of 2013 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently dismissed. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
