This revisional application seeks expeditious disposal of a suit for partition being Title Suit No. 160 of 2018 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 2nd Court at Barasat.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are suffering an order of injunction in the suit and the prolongation of the suit is irreparably prejudicing them.

In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed by this Court, direction for prior service of notice along with a copy of the revisional application on the opposite parties is not being made, however, the petitioners shall remain obliged to serve a copy of the revisional application along with a copy of this order upon the opposite parties within a week from date.

Having heard the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners and having perused

the material-on-record, this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 2nd Court at Barasat to dispose of the Title Suit No. 160 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of one year from the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. 5.

C.O. 879 of 2026 stands disposed of. No costs.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
