Deoki Nandan Sharma Mr. Md. Mokarram Hossain Mr. Salauddin Ahmed Mr. Uttam Banerjee ...for the petitioner This application under Article of the Constitution of India is at the instance of plaintiff in a suit for declaration of title and permanent injunction praying for a direction upon the learned Judge, 10th Bench, City Civil Court at Calcutta to dispose of Title Suit No.304 of 2024 expeditiously.

In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed this Court feels that there is no necessity to direct issuance of any notice upon the opposite parties. However, the learned advocate on record of the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with this order upon the opposite parties or the learned advocates representing the opposite parties before the learned Trial Judge.

After going through the order sheets appended to this civil revision application this Court finds that April 22, 2025 has been fixed for acceptance of the written statement.

Considering the fact that the suit has been instituted only in the year 2024, this Court is not minded to pass any peremptory direction for expeditious hearing of the suit.

CO 913 of 2025 is disposed of with the hope and trust that the learned Trial Judge shall make all endeavors to see that the Title Suit No.304 of 2024 is disposed of expeditiously.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
