The Jaynagar Police Station submits that they have taken out proceedings under Sections 107 and 116 of the Cr. P.C.

The remedy of the petitioner against the private respondent is purely civil in nature and civil proceedings may be taken out in that regard before the appropriate civil forum.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
