The revisional application appeared lastly on 21.02.2013 when there was a direction for the matter to appear under the heading "Contested Application".

The subject matter of the revisional application relates to Bhupatinagar Police Station Case No.93 of 2012 dated 4.12.2012 under Sections 363/366/120B of the Indian Penal Code. Having regard to the factual circumstances narrated in the revisional application, I am of the opinion that there is no scope for interference at the early stage of the investigation of the case. Mr. Mukherjee, learned Public Prosecutor, appears on behalf of the State.

In view of the observations made above and the stage at which the petitioners approached this Court, the revisional application being CRR 455 of 2013 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently dismissed. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
