Affidavit of service filed be kept with the record.

Learned counsel for the State is present and has filed the report placing status of the criminal cases pending between the parties.

The present writ application has been preferred on the allegation that the private respondents herein are forcefully and illegally making unauthorised pucca construction on the petitioner's land.

It is further submitted that a representation dated 28.01.2019 has been filed before the Police authority which was not acted upon. A copy of the same was sent to the other government authorities including the District Magistrate.

It is further submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he may be permitted to make a

representation before the Zilla Parishad ventilating his grievance in the writ petition which may be considered in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the said relief being granted, the writ petition can be disposed of.

On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the fact that the respondent has not appeared, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make a representation in respect of the issues agitated in this writ petition before the Zilla Parishad/concerned authorities within a period of 15 days from the date of this order. 8.

On receiving the said representation the said authority shall dispose of the representation within 60 days from the date of receipt of the application, on giving a proper hearing to the petitioner/parties concerned and dispose of the same in accordance with law.

The out come of the hearing shall be informed to the petitioner herein.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. 11.

Pending applications stand disposed of.

12.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Urgent Xerox certified copies of this order, if applied for, shall be supplied to the learned counsel for the parties as expeditiously as possible, in compliance of usual formalities.
