1. Nobody appears on behalf of the petitioners on call. Even on earlier occasion no one represented the petitioners, no accommodation sought for.

2. Notice was also served through the concerned police station.

3. This is an application pending since 2017.

4. By filing this revisional application, the petitioners have prayed for quashing of the proceedings being GR case no. 6064 of 2014 pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas, in connection with Noapara PS case no. 307/2014 dated 06.11.2014 under sections 323/448/452/ 379/506 IPC, corresponding to chargesheet no. 257/2014 dated 26.11.2014 under section 323/448/452/506 IPC.

5. In spite of filing such application as well as giving several opportunities to the petitioners, no one represented the petitioners, no accommodation sought for.

6. Under such circumstances, this court finds that the petitioners are no more interested to proceed with the instant case.

7. Accordingly, CRR 705 of 2017 is dismissed as non-prosecution.

8. The application being CRAN 1/2017 (Old CRAN 1732/2017) is, thus, disposed of.

9. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let the order be communicated to the Ld. Court below for information.
