Petitioner is aggrieved as the police authorities did not respond to the information furnished on or about 29.01.2025 and it has been complained by the petitioner that although cognizable offences were made out, the police authorities did not take any steps.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report. Report reflects relating to the respondent no. 7 being wife of one Pankaj Das who is the husband of the present petitioner.

Police authorities have enquired and has arrived at an opinion regarding the accusations. Petitioner is aggrieved and to that effect information was furnished. It has been submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner

that an application under the relevant provisions of law was also filed before the learned Magistrate which did not yield any result. Since a judicial order has been passed as has been submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioner, petitioner would be well advised to exhaust the remedies available in respect of any grievance of any order passed by the learned Magistrate before the appropriate forum. No interference is called for by this Court.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 6125 of 2025 is disposed of. CAN 1 of 2025 is also disposed of.

Report submitted be kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.
