Inadvertently typographical error had crept into order dated 18.09.2023.

In the 3rd Paragraph of the 2nd line of the order dated 18.09.2023 'revisional application' shall be read as 'criminal appeal'.

Department is directed to make necessary corrections to that effect in the order dated 18.09.2023.

Other portions of the order shall remain unaltered. Copy of the order be communicated to the Department for due compliance.
