Mr. Souma Subhra Ray .....for the petitioners Learned Advocate-on-record appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that a settlement has already been arrived at between the private parties of all disputes that had led to the initiation of the present proceeding and the same will be given effect to before the learned trial court and as such, the petitioners do not want to press the present application.

On the prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the revisional application is dismissed as "not pressed".
