Learned Counsel for the appellants has filed an application for condonation of delay of 41 days for preparing an appeal against an order passed by Hon'ble Single Bench in W.P. No. 25458 (W) of 2010 dated 15th January, 2018.

Sufficient cause is shown for condoning the delay. Delay of 41days is condoned.

Accordingly, IA No. CAN 1 of 2018 (Old No.

CAN 7307 of 2018) is thus disposed of.

MAT 362 of 2018 IA No. CAN 2 of 2018 (Old No. CAN 7308 of 2018) Learned Counsel for the appellants has filed the instant appeal against the order dated 15th January, 2018 passed by Hon'ble Single Judge in W.P. No. 25458 (W) of 2010.

Learned Counsel for the Respondents has produced the copy of order passed by Hon'ble Single Judge in the above writ petition dated 4th June, 2018 wherein the Hon'ble Single Judge has modified the order dated 15th January, 2018 and directed the respondents to pay a sum of Rs. 7,20,000/- along with interest imposed therein.

In view of the subsequent order dated 4th June, 2018 passed by Hon'ble Single Judge with the consent of both the parties, the instant appeal has become infructuous.

Accordingly, MAT 362 of 2018 with IA No. CAN 2 of 2018 (Old No. CAN 7308 of 2018) is thus disposed of.

The order dated 4th June, 2018 in the writ petition being W.P. No. 25458 (W) of 2010 (supra) as produced in Court today be retained with the record.

All parties to act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
