Mr. Debasish Ghosh, learned counsel for the alleged contemnor filed a report indicating that on October 21, 2022, FRMF No. 443 of 2022 has been filed before the Jurisdictional Magistrate. A prayer for discharge of the FIR named accused has also been made.

In view of the above, contempt application shall stand disposed of. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

There shall be no order as to costs.

The report of the Chanditala Police Station dated 12.05.2023 is kept with the record.

Let a copy of the report be made available to the counsel for the petitioner.
