Learned advocate representing the Commission is not sure as to when the process will start.

The applications for transfer were made by the petitioners online in the year 2021. The last date for filing applications online seeking transfer was 30th June, 2021. Even in the month of May, 2022 the Commission has not started the counselling process. The applications for transfer in many cases will be frustrated if the counselling process for transfer is not initiated immediately.

Accordingly, the Commission is directed to take immediate steps to initiate the counselling process for

transfer in accordance with law.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

The receipt showing deposit of deficit court fees vide Entry No. A 7985 dated 5th May, 2022 be retained with the record.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
