1. The subject matter of challenge is a tender process of the year 2016. Learned counsel for the appellants fairly submits that the appeal may have become infructuous and the tender proceedings may have been closed. In all likelihood the work under the tender may also have been completed.

2. In that view of the matter nothing further remains to adjudicate in this appeal.

3. FMA 1108 of 2017 shall stand dismissed as infructuous.

4. Consequently, all connected pending applications, if any, shall also stand dismissed.

5. Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.

6. There shall be no order as to costs.
