The petitioner relies upon an order dated January 20, 2020, passed by the executive magistrate.

Such order lost its force due to efflux of time. Apparently, there are disputes between the private parties which are civil in nature. Further interference by the writ court is not called for.

WPA 4697 of 2020 is disposed of accordingly.
