Mr. Mukteswar Maity ..for the petitioner Affidavit of service filed by the petitioner is taken on record.

None appears for the respondents despite service. The petitioners allege that the private respondents have obstructed the Panchayat road which is used by the petitioners as a common passage. The petitioners submitted a representation before the Block Development Officer, Naikuri, being the 5th respondent herein, in this regard on November 17, 2025 which is yet to be considered. Representations submitted before the SubDivisional Officer and the District Magistrate have also been forwarded to the Block Development Officer, Naikuri by the said authorities. The petitioners submit that the representations have not been considered as yet. In view of the above, the Block Development Officer, Naikuri, being the 5th respondent herein, is directed to consider and dispose of the representations submitted before him by the petitioners and forwarded to him by the Sub-Divisional Officer and the District Magistrate within six weeks from the date of communication of this order

upon granting reasonable opportunity of hearing to all concerned, including the petitioners and the private respondents, in accordance with law.

The decision taken by the authority shall be communicated to the parties within a week thereof. The writ petition is disposed of.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
