The petitioner by the instant application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has challenged the order passed by the Rent Controller in RC Case No. 667 of 2003. The order being appealable before the West Bengal Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal, the revisional application is dismissed as not maintainable. It is, however, made clear that this Court has not gone into the merit of the case and this order obviously will not prevent the petitioner to assail the order impugned before the appropriate forum of law in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
