In the previous matter i.e. CRM 2425 of 2021 we have already rejected the prayer for bail of the petitioner herein who was the third petitioner therein inasmuch as trial has been commenced. Considering the nature of charges levelled against the present petitioner prayer for bail is rejected.

CRM 2426 of 2021 stands dismissed.
