The opposite party no. 2 happens to be one Rashed Sekh. The joint compromise application was filed by the husband, Anarul Sekh(Haque) and the wife Mamataj Bibi who happens to be the opposite party no. 3.

The joint compromise petition is not accompanied by any proof of documents regarding the identity of the opposite party no.3. The memo of evidence so submitted before this court reflects that the husband does not disturb the opposite party no. 3, Mamataj Bibi or her son, but there is no amicable settlement. Let the memo of
