This revisional application seeks expeditious disposal of Misc. Case No. 10712 of 2012 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 6th Court at Alipore, South 24-Parganas.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is 85 years old and that the aforesaid misc. case filed under Section 8 of the West Bengal Land Reforms Act, 1955 has been pending for almost over 14 years.

In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed by this Court, direction for prior service of notice along with a copy of the revisional application on the opposite parties is not being made, however, the petitioner shall remain obliged to serve a copy of the revisional application along with a copy of this order upon the opposite parties within a week from date.

Having heard the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner and having perused the materialon-record, this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Junior

Division), 6th Court at Alipore, South 24-Parganas to dispose of the pending misc. case being Misc. Case No.10712 of 2012 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of one year from the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

C.O. 888 of 2026 stands disposed of. No costs.
