It appears from the record that by an order dated May 21, 2021 passed in CRM 1362 of 2021 anticipatory bail was granted to the private opposite parties for a period of four weeks subject to the condition that the private opposite parties shall deposit a sum of Rs.3,24,919/- before the trial Court within such time and obtain regular bail from the trial Court.

It appears from the order of the learned Court that the private opposite parties did not deposit the amounts specified in the order dated May 21, 2021 within the time specified thereon. Since the order dated May 21, 20231 was for a period of four weeks no interference is called for as the period specified in such order stands expired. The petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate steps. CRM (DB) 869 of 2022 is disposed of.
