This application is at the instance of the defendant no. 2 praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Diamond Harbour, South 24 Parganas to dispose of the Title Suit No. 334 of 2022 expeditiously.

After going through the order-sheet appended to this application, this Court finds that 12th September, 2025 has been fixed for hearing of the petition for show-cause of the defendant no. 2/petitioner herein and for acceptance of the written statement and written objection of the defendant no. 2/petitioner herein. It further appears that 12th September, 2025 has been fixed for service return and acknowledgment due. From the order-sheet, it is evident that the suit is not ready for hearing.

In view thereof, this Court is not inclined to pass any pre-emptory direction for expeditious hearing at this stage.

With the above observations and directions, C.O. 921 of 2025 stands disposed of.
