Heard the parties.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the grievance of the petitioner pertains to splitting of load. The respondent Corporation is represented and submits that the petitioner has a statutory alternative efficacious remedy available in law.

In view of the statutory alternative remedy available, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition. WPA 6727 of 2021 is disposed of by directing the petitioner to approach the alternative statutory remedy available to him.

Accordingly, the petitioner is granted liberty to make a representation before the Ombudsman in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from date. If such representation is made the Ombudsman is directed to dispose of the same within a period of four

weeks thereafter after giving a reasoned order and after affording a right of hearing to all the affected parties. With the aforesaid directions, WPA 6727 of 2021 stands disposed of.

However, there will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
