Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Admitted facts as appears from record and substantiated by both the parties that the impugned order is appealable but the appeal has been filed before the wrong forum due to inadvertence and it is also an admitted fact that the respondents themselves have asked the petitioners to file appeal against the impugned order before the appropriate forum.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case this writ petition being WPA 4890 of 2019 is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioners to file appeal before the appropriate forum against the impugned order within a period of two weeks from date and if such appeal is filed by the petitioners within the time stipulated herein, the same shall be considered and disposed of by the Appellate Authority concerned on merits without raising the point of limitation, within three weeks.

If the petitioners apply for certified copy of the impugned order within three days from date, the same shall be furnished to the petitioners within seven days from the date of receipt of such application subject to compliance of all the formalities.
