Kamalesh Bhattacharya, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has made serious efforts to indicate the difficulty being faced by his client to travel to his school at Kedarpur Ram Nanda High Schools (H.S.), Patharpratima, South Parganas.

It is submitted that there is no medical facility near the school.

This Court has carefully considered the petitioner's application for transfer.

The petitioner appears to be suffering from high pressure, hypothyroid, HPEF and hormonal

disorder. The petitioner's medical condition cannot be, by any stretch of imagination called "severe" to warrant the transfer on medical ground.

However, since the petitioner has completed 10 years of service, he may, if entitled to under the Rules of 2015, apply afresh for general transfer on medical ground.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
