This is an application for extension of interim order which was initially passed on 31st March, 2022 by a Coordinate Bench staying all further proceedings in connection with CR 186/2021 under Section 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears from the affidavit-of-service that the notice of the instant revision has already been served upon the opposite parties. Therefore, interim order of stay which was granted on 31st March, 2022 and subsequently extended from time to time shall remain in force till the disposal of the instant revision.

CRAN/3/2022 is disposed of.
