The records of the case reflect that the petitioner was granted bail after eight years eleven months, thereafter, has been complying with the conditions. The case was registered in the year 2016. Having considered the period of incarceration of the present petitioner, the conditions so imposed while granting bail on 27.03.2025 are hereby waived. However, this will not prevent the learned trial court from imposing any other condition(s) for smooth progress of the trial of the case.

With the aforesaid observations, CRAN 2 of 2026 is disposed of.
