None appears on behalf of the Taherpur Notified Area Authority as well as the Taherpur Municipality in spite of service.

The petitioner alleges that his representation dated 11th February 2020 to the Chairman of the Taherpur Notified Area Authority requesting release of balance payment is pending consideration till date. The instant writ petition is, accordingly, disposed by directing the Chairman, Taherpur Notified Area Authority to take a decision with regard to the prayer of the petitioner for consideration of his representation dated 11th February, 2020 followed by reminder dated 29th February, 2020, strictly in accordance with law, at

the earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order. The aforesaid respondent shall pass a reasoned order and communicate the same to the petitioner immediately thereafter.

It is made clear that this Court has not entered into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner and all points are left open to be decided by the aforesaid respondent at the time of consideration of the representations of the petitioner.

The petitioner is directed to forward copy of the representations dated 11th February, 2020 followed by reminder dated 29th February, 2020 to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of the Court.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
