In spite of service, none appears for any of the respondent authorities.

The petitioner is an assistant teacher who served as a headmaster, drawing the last pay of Rs.1,04,400/-. The admissibility of the petitioner's right to receive pension is not disputed by the authorities. There seems to be an abject apathy on the part of the authority to process the matter. All documents have been forwarded to the authorities at least by November 07, 2025 by the school authority. In spite thereof, the authorities have not taken any steps to release the pension payable to the petitioner. 4.

In view of the aforestated and particularly since there is no objection from the respondents, I direct the respondent nos. 3 and 5 to disburse the admitted pension of the petitioner on the basis of his last drawn pay as stated hereinbefore. Such payment will be made upon consideration of the records submitted by the school by May 31, 2026.

With the aforestated directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
