It has been pointed out by referring to this Court's order dated December 5, 2022 that for the State Mr. Swapan Banerjee and Mr. Suman De, learned advocates appeared in this matter, though due to inadvertence their names have not found place in the judgment of this Court dated February 23, 2023. Accordingly, necessary corrections be effected to include the names of Mr. Swapan Banerjee and Mr. Suman De instead and in place of the names mentioned in the judgment dated February, 2023.

The department is directed to incorporate the necessary corrections in the judgment dated February 23, 2023. This order shall form part and parcel of the judgment dated February 23, 2023.
