The petitioner's father is working under the Directorate of Agricultural Marketing under the Government of West Bengal.

She claims compassionate employment.

This Court is of the view that the matter pertains to service under the State and falls within the jurisdiction of the State Administrative Tribunal. Hence, the instant writ application shall stand dismissed with liberty reserved to the petitioner to approach before the State Administrative Tribunal on the selfsame cause of action.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order on usual undertakings.
