Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner had violated an eight month old child. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier on merits.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

Trial court is requested to consider the issue of framing of charge at the earliest without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
