The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher at Faridpur G.S. F.P. school, a school under the D.P.S.C., Purba Bardhaman, the respondent no. 6 herein.

The petitioner is praying general transfer on the ground that she is a surplus teacher of her school. The representation of the petitioner to the said effect is pending consideration before the Chairman of the said Council, the respondent no.6 herein, the said representation dated February 19, 2025 forms part of the writ petition, being Annexure 'P-5'.

The respondent no.6 is directed to consider and dispose of the said representation in accordance with law. WPA 5839 of 2025 is disposed with the above terms without any order as to costs.

Since no affidavit has been invited, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have been denied by the respondents.
