Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner was falsely implicated. One of the coaccused was granted bail by the Jurisdictional Court. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that, the petitioners forged certificates of an educational institution to obtain admission into another.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are unable to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 1497 of 2022 is dismissed.
