The revisional application has been preferred in connection with ACM No. 237 of 2019 as well as the Execution Case No. 354 of 2021.

So far as the order dated 10th March, 2021 granting interim maintenance is concerned, having regard to the flee-bite amount which has been awarded, I do not intend to interfere with the quantum of maintenance so passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Alipore.

So far as the execution case is concerned, the learned court below is directed to grant two installments and the petitioner will clear the arrears by 30th November, 2023. After first of the installment of the arrears is paid by 31st October, 2023, the learned trial court would keep the warrant of arrest in suspension, till the second date so fixed, for depositing the second installment. When

the second installment is paid and whole of the arrears are paid by 30th November, 2023, the learned Magistrate would recall the warrant of arrest.

. With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional application being CRR 910 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
