Affidavit of service filed in Court is taken on record.

The petitioner claims that the private respondents have encroached upon a portion of his land and also that of the PWD.

3.

Insofar as occupation of the petitioner's portion of the land is concerned, he may take out appropriate civil proceeding against the private respondents for eviction.

4.

Insofar as the portion of the PWD land is concerned, the PWD appears to have sent the petitioner's complaint to the BL & LRO and has sought appropriate demarcation.

5.

Upon demarcation by the BL & LRO, the PWD shall take steps in terms of the law to recover their property.

6.

Kakdwip Police Station shall, however, ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area. 7.

The writ petition is disposed of.

8.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
