Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the police authorities are unnecessarily implicating him in false cases and as such the petitioner is unable to carry forward with his normal life. Petitioner is aged 57 years and is an Ex-army personnel.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that eleven cases are pending against the petitioner, first of the case is of 2012 and last of the case is of 2024. In eight of the cases charge-sheets have been submitted by the State.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that in three of the cases he has been granted bail. Petitioner complains that he is unaware of rest of the cases. In view of the series of cases pending against the petitioner, State is directed to handover a copy of the report submitted before this Court. Petitioner will take

steps in accordance with law before the jurisdictional Court concerned.

So far as the cases where charge-sheets have been submitted, petitioner would be at liberty to canvass all the issues relating to his innocence including the materials in his possession at time of consideration of the charges.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 5874 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.
