PP Mr. Saryati Dutta Ms. Madhumita Basak ....for the State Learned senior counsel representing the petitioner submits that there are some incurable defects in the revisional application. Due to inadvertence, the identity of the victim has been disclosed at a place. The petitioner, therefore, wants to withdraw the application with liberty to file fresh.

Accordingly, the revisional application is dismissed as not being in form.

However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner from filing an appropriate application afresh under the self same grounds. The SARTHAC portal is directed to remove the contents in respect of this application from the portal forthwith. The Registry shall keep the records of this case in a sealed envelope.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order may be supplied to the parties expeditiously, if applied for.
