It appears that the Certificate of Enlistment was issued on 17.04.2026.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Apart from the statement of the co-accused, there are no other incriminating materials available against the present petitioner. Charge sheet has been submitted.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State strongly opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. She relies on the statements of witnesses, the call detail records and the seizure list. She refers to the statements of the two workers, which implicate the present petitioner. There are also call detail records between the present petitioner and the arrested accused from whom some stolen articles were recovered.

Considering the above and the other incriminating materials available in the case diary, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail to the present petitioner. The application for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is, thus, rejected.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities.
