It was directed by this Court on 17.07.2018 to the petitioner to serve a copy of the revisional application along with annexures upon the opposite party through registered post with A/D and file Affidavit-of-Service on the next date of hearing. But the said direction was complied or not is unknown to this Court.

It appears from the records instant revisional application that the petitioner has filed an application under Section 407 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying for transfer of trial to the learned Chief Metropolitan magistrate, Calcutta from the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 7th Court at Asansol, Burdwan on several grounds.

However, nobody turn on behalf of the petitioner. The case is pending since 2018. So it indicates that the petitioner has no more interest in the instant case.

Accordingly, CRR 726 of 2018 is thus dismissed for default without any order as to costs.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned Court below for information.
