Learned advocate appearing for the State, on instruction, submits that the tender work was for a period of 30 days. The said tender work has already been executed by the successful bidder.

In that view of the matter, this writ petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, WPA 5862 of 2025 is dismissed.
