Dr. Chhabi Banerjee After the final order was passed in connection with RVW 146 of 2021 on September 9, 2022, it transpired from the records that an application, bearing CAN 4 of 2022 remained pending.

In the said application, a rather peculiar prayer was made, to restore "the matters above".

It has been stated in the cause title of the said application that the same pertains to RVW 102 of 2018 and RVW 146 of 2021.

Since by the order dated September 9, 2022, RVW 146 of 2021 had been disposed of and it was recorded that RVW 102 of 2018 had already been dismissed by the order under review and no further order need be passed in the said latter review application, it is deemed that CAN 4 of 2022 was also disposed of along with RVW 146 of 2021 by the order dated September 9, 2022.

Hence, it may be incorporated in the order dated September 9, 2022 that "CAN 4 of 2022 is also disposed of accordingly".

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.

Let this order be deemed to be a part of the order dated September 9, 2022.
