Mr. Subhajit Chowdhury ..for the State The petitioners have prayed for an order restraining the respondent authorities from forcibly dispossessing the petitioners from their property.

The learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that a representation to that effect has been submitted by the petitioners before various statutory authorities but the said authorities have not taken any steps pursuant to the said representation.

After going through the representation submitted by the petitioners it appears to this Court that the allegations have been leveled against certain private persons. For such reason, this Court is not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioners in this writ petition.

After some argument, the learned advocate appearing for the petitioners prays for liberty to file a comprehensive representation before the respondent authorities ventilating his grievances.

WPA 6092 of 2026 stands disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioners to file a comprehensive representation before the competent authority and if such a representation is submitted such authority shall consider and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible.

There shall be however no order as to costs.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
