1. Report filed by the State, affidavit-in-opposition filed by the respondent no.8 and affidavit-in-reply filed by the petitioner are taken on record.

2. Mr. Ratul Biswas, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the Sub-Divisional Officer, Bishnupur, respondent no.4 during the pendency of the writ petition has passed an order of demolition on 1st September, 2025, which requires to be challenged. He seeks to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file afresh.

3. In view of such submission, the writ petition being WPA 5860 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh.

4. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

5. All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of all necessary legal formalities.
