Petitioners challenge the issuance of letter of acceptance in favour of the private respondent issued by respondent authority.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 submits that the dispute between the parties are resulted to filing a Title Suit being Title Suit No. 189 of 2024 preferred before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Nabadwip, Nadia wherein though there is an order of temporary injunction but the same has been rejected.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the private respondent submits that the agreement between the respondent authority and the private respondent has already been executed and he is running the business.

None appearing on behalf of the petitioners.

No accommodation is sought for.

Considering the situations, it appears to me that the petitioner has lost interested in this matter. Accordingly, the instant writ petition is dismissed for default.
