Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. 480 gms. of Heroin was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. His bail prayer was rejected earlier on merits. Matter is fixed for arguments before the trial court. In view of the matured stage of the proceeding we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Application for bail is, thus, rejected.
