"The second appeal tender is of year 2000. Defects reported are of errors in the memo and Vakalatnama. Though printed list has been published, none appears on behalf of appellants. It is expected that steps would be taken to remove the defects, failing which put up for final order on 27th July, 2021.

Additional Stamp Reporter will further report." The defects are not such that would prevent the appeal from being moved for admission. Continued absence of appellant convinces us they have lost interest. SAT 1092 of 2001 is dismissed.
