It is submitted by Ms. Thakurta that in the meantime, a petition for mutual divorce has already been filed before the appropriate court below, and as such, the instant transfer application has become infructuous. She, as such, proposes for withdrawing the case for the reasons disclosed hereinabove. Mr. Debjani Ghosal, learned advocate appearing for the opposite party is present, and she has nothing to raise, contrary to the submission advanced by Ms. Thakurta.

That being the position, on the prayer of Ms. Thakurta, the matter stands dismissed as withdrawn. The application being C.A.N.1 of 2021 is also disposed of.
